The doctor made this report after he conducted a research on coronavirus patients currently in isolation in the country
According to the Australian doctor who is identified as Andy Tagg who made the revelation in a new thread he released on twitter, 9jatalkative reports
The coronavirus disease can be transmitted through farts said the Australian doctor in the thread on twitter
This is because traces of coronavirus were found in the faeces of the infected persons in the isolation center
Some tests were carried out on the faeces of the infected persons and it was found that traces of SARS-CoV-2 was found in the faeces of the patients
Coronavirus can be spread through farts due to the presence of SARS-CoV-2 and talcolm gas present in farts and faeces of infected persons
Though Coronavirus can be spread through farts the doctor however confirmed that if the patient has clothes on, the chances of the virus spreading through the medium is less

But if the patient isn’t wearing any clothes on and farts within a close proximity with an uninfected person, there is a high chance the virus will spread
Andy Tagg revealed that this is because farts spread talcolm gas over long distances especially when there is no barrier like clothes to stop the spread
The talcolm gas cannot be spread over a wide distance if the patient has some clothes on because it will serve as a barrier
Andy shared this revelation on his Twitter handle in a thread he tagged:
