This was an order which was denied the EFCC to arrest Femi Fani Kayode, the former aviation minister of the country
The EFCC presented an application in court through its counsel, Mohammed Abubakar, seeking the arrest of the former Aviation Minister.
The application was rejected by Justice John Tsoho after Fani-Kayode’s lawyer, Wale Balogun presented a medical report claiming the former Minister is distressed.
