EPL confirms one positive coronavirus test after the latest coronavirus tests conducted between June 22 and June 28 with one player testing positive for the virus
The latest tests conducted was concluded on the 22nd of June and one more player tested positive for the dreaded coronavirus disease
19 total players in the English premier League have now been confirmed to be positive for coronavirus after all tests conducted
Although the English lesgue FA declined to reveal the identity of the player confirmed with the virus, the FA however confirmed that isolation has began
A total of 2,250 players have been tested for coronavirus since the 17th of may, 2020 and only 19 positive results were found
The English premier League has now conducted a total of 14,307 coronavirus tests since mid may this year amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Due to the pandemic, the English premier League was suspended for a period of 3 months following the increase in coronavirus related deaths
However the premier League has now returned and Liverpool have been confirmed champions even though that league will be officially over on the 26th of July, 2020.
