FG orders all schools to reopen on the 12th of October 2020 after 6 months of battling the ongoing coronavirus pandemic
Following the recent reduction in the number of coronavirus cases confirmed everyday by the nigerian center for disease control
The FG has now decided to reopen schools all over the country from the 12th of October, 2020, 9jatalkative News can confirm
Recall that the outbreak of coronavirus had led to the closure of all schools and borders, Federal government on Friday, finally ordered the reopening of all schools.
This is confirmed by the minister of education, Adamu Adamu, who disclosed this during a press briefing in Abuja earlier today
He advised all institutions to obey the guidelines for the reopening of schools, which was earlier announced by the presidential task force.
He said all unity schools should open by October 12 “while states and private schools will determine their own modalities of reopening.”
