Huawei Says MWC Events Still on despite coronavirus outbreak on Wednesday said it still planned to hold events around the forthcoming Mobile World Congress, a telecoms industry gathering that draws more than 100,000 visitors to Barcelona.

This means that despite the outbreak of the deadly virus in China which also led to the temporary closing of some major events in China the company insists that their events will carry on

A spokesman from the company came out to make this declaration saying:

“We are keeping a close eye on matters and having to internally adjust accordingly and responsibly,” a spokesman said after South Korea’s LG Electronics pulled out due to the virus as huawei Says MWC Events Still on despite coronavirus outbreak on Wednesday said it still planned to hold events around the forthcoming Mobile World Congress outbreak that originated in China.

“As it stands, London and Barca events still planned. But … things are changing constantly.” the spokesman said

According to the spokesman the Coronavirus has not affected the MWC stating that the outbreak of the virus didn’t stop the events of the company

But with the virus now being cured it means that the activities of the Chinese tech company will keep on going.
