
NCDC coronavirus cases update released today after an initial error made by the disease control organisation
The nigerian center for disease control NCDC initially released an update yesterday which turns out to be wrong
They released another update today correcting the first update released reports 9jatalkative
There were 210 confirmed cases of coronavirus as at yesterday with 25 new cases confirmed in the Nigeria but is now 209 following the new update
They revealed that one of the new cases was actually a reoccurring case from an already treated patient and not a new case

Observing the error from their NCDC coronavirus cases update yesterday, they corrected the error and released a new update today
An NCDC coronavirus cases update update was corrected in a statement made via their official twitter handle and on the official website
The update read:
On 3rd of April 2020, we reported 26 new cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria,” the NCDC said in a tweet. “An error has been discovered in this report as follows:
“There were 25 new cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria. The 26th case was a repeat result of a previously confirmed case and NOT a new case.
“Of the 25 new cases reported, 1 case was inadvertently reported from Osun state. This case was from OYO STATE The correct breakdown is as follows: Lagos- 11 Osun- 6 FCT- 3 Edo- 3 Ondo- 1 Oyo- 1.”
