NDDC demands prosecution of failed contractors from Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu

In the petition they demanded the arrest and prosecution of every contractor who collected mobilisation funds but failed to execute the contracts being paid for.

Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei, the Managing Director of the commission signed the petition, dated July 29, 2020

Recall that 9jatalkative News reported the full list of companies allegedly used to obtain fake contracts. Fresh documents were attached to the petition to help the police in their probe.

The petition reads in part:

the commission awarded contracts to certain companies for the production of desks and chairs for primary and secondary schools in the Niger Delta region.
