Kim Jung Un again insists North Korea has no Covid-19 cases
Supreme leader of North Korea Kim Jug Un has again insisted that the country has no Covid-19 victims despite persistence in lockdown measures.
He renewed the claim on Saturday during a military parade in Pyongyang,saying he was thankful for the country not having any Covid-19 case.
The leader during the 75th anniversary of the Worker’s Party got quite emotional while listing the hardships North Korea has gone through in the past years including natural disasters and diseases
The claims of no cases of the virus in North Korea has raised questions by outside observers because it closed its closed boundary with China.
Speculations remain that either North Korea has refused to report cases of Corona virus or has simply not identified existing cases as a result of no tests
Kim Jung Un however hopes South Korea will overcome the pandemic so that the two sides can hold hands together
