Femi Adesina said this in a brief press statement that the president will be addressing the country this evening

In the brief press statement, he says:

“The president of Nigeria will be doing a broadcast today 13th April, 2020 around 7pm to address Nigerians in the country and all over the world”

President Buhari to address Nigeria by 7pm today and this broadcast will be televised on Nigeria television authority, NTA as well as other media outlets and radio corporations all over the country

Thie broadcast from the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari will go a long way to clarify if there will be an extension on the coronavirus lockdown

The lockdown began last month and is currently going on to three weeks since it was first directed by the President of Nigeria

Recall that yesterday a spokesman for the presidency released a statement that the lockdown will be increased indefinitely as deemed necessary
