Robert Lewandowski wins UEFA Player of the Year after a very seller year with the Bavarian giants, Bayern Munich winning everything
The polish striker Lewandowski, 32, beat Bayern team-mate Manuel Neuer and Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne to the award.
Bayern’s manager / head coach Hansi Flick was named men’s coach of the year after leading his side to a sixth European title.
Lewandowski scored 55 goals in 47 games last season as Bayern won the Champions League, Bundesliga and also the German Cup.
The Uefa awards were announced at the Champions League group stage draw in Geneva
The player of the year voting was decided by the 80 coaches of the clubs in last season’s European competitions especially the UEFA champions League 2019/2020

Men’s Uefa awards
Player of the year – Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)
Coach of the year – Hansi Flick (Bayern Munich)
Goalkeeper of the year – Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich)
Defender of the year – Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich)
